SELF-ACTUALIZATIONAre you fulfilling your potential?Do you dare to dream? Are you fulfilling your potential? Are your core values directing your day-to-day life? Do you dare to dream? When was the last time you challenged yourself to try something new? Do you feel like you are a part of something bigger? Psychological support does not only have to be about addressing life’s problems. It can also be about helping you become a happier and more fulfilled person. The goal of self-actualization therapy is to work together to help you find meaning in life, realize your full potential, and develop a positive mindset. By working together, you will develop the attitude needed to listen to your inner voice, discover your dreams and follow through with your life goals without leaning on others for approval. Through humanistic and positive psychology, I can help you on this journey, either in individual or group therapy. Individual Therapy In our first consultation, we can identify your dreams and the obstacles holding you back from leading the type of life you are meant to live. Based on this, I will craft a personalized therapy plan to guide you through this journey of self-actualization. Self-actualization as a process is unique for every individual. Depending on your life experiences, this process would involve working through some of the following themes: how to fully accept and love yourself, how to stop the critical voice inside your head, how to find the strength to achieve your goals and bounce back from challenges. Group Therapy Through a ten-week Action for Happiness workshop, we will learn to cultivate habits of self-acceptance, assertiveness and mindfulness in a group setting. In a supportive conversation, we will work on improving your self-esteem, your resilience and your connection with others. By inspiring each other, we will develop a positive mindset and the strength to find your direction in life. Together, we can work on helping you live a life in which you fulfill your potential, realize your dreams and reach your goals: this is self-actualization.
